CPF Grant Application Process

Grant Applications are reviewed during CPF Board Meetings which occur 4 - 5 times per year. Grant applications for the next cycle are due by 5/20/2012.

The Community Pharmacy Foundation is interested in soliciting research projects and demonstration projects that highlight new and emerging innovations in patient care. Submissions should include a compensation model for the care delivered.

THE CPF GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS IS BY DESIGN VERY EASY. THE BASIC STEPS AND CONSIDERATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS –

- You can Register to examine the Grant Application without being obligated to submit a Grant Application
- Registration is a one-time requirement for which there is no charge …

PROCESS	SCHEDULE	SCOPE
IT IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS 1. Submit a GRANT APPLICATION online: Essential Reqt's of Application: a. Goals & Objectives of project or study b. Estimate duration of project/study (i.e. 6 months, 12 months, etc) c. Estimate your budget 2. If Grant Application is approved at next calendar - quarterly Board meeting after you submit your online Application you will be invited to submit a GRANT PROPOSAL prior to the next quarterly Board meeting. * A Special Memo describes the criteria by which to prepare a CPF Grant Proposal. If your Grant Proposal is approved you will engage a Grant Agreement and work with CPF Grants Administrator as your project/study progresses.	You can submit a Grant Application online at the CPF Website at any time (24/7).	By charter CPF can only provide grant funding for projects and studies associated with community pharmacy practice (independent, chain, etc) and consistent with it's Mission Statement.
	It will be considered by the CPF Board at the next calendar quarter CPF Board meeting.	It is suggested you examine the Grants Awarded by CPF to note the wide range of interest exhibited by the various applicants whose Grant Applications and Grant Proposals have to date been approved for funding.
