Testing of the lower extremity circulation of patients. This proposed test would quantify blood flow through the legs. With proper administraion and interpretation, the test has the ability to accurately assess not only the patients need for support stocking, but also how effective the stockings are at improving lower extremity circulation. Continued monitoring of patients would help ensure that correct stocking compression, size, and style are being used.
