CPF recognizes there is an urgent need to broaden the reach of FtP and support nationwide practice transformation. The CFP Board of Directors has decided to financially support community pharmacy practice transformation efforts by offering new FtP grant opportunities through the CPF grantmaking model. CPF will identify specific themes for practice transformation based on market needs. The first themed FtP funding opportunity will focus on sustainable pharmacist billing opportunities. The Call for Applications is available below and applications are due October 15, 2024. |
