Request for Proposals

The Community Pharmacy Foundation (CPF) is pleased to announce a new Request for Proposals (RFP) focused on advancing interoperability in community pharmacy practice.

This RFP will support projects that design, implement, and evaluate scalable approaches to interoperability—enabling community pharmacies to seamlessly exchange, access, and use patient health data across the healthcare ecosystem.

CPF is particularly interested in projects that move beyond concept to real-world implementation. Proposed initiatives should demonstrate how interoperability can meaningfully enhance care delivery, improve coordination, and drive better patient outcomes within community pharmacy practice.
