Objectives

Create an overall Pharmacy Star Rating system that could be used to inform the public about the quality of community pharmacies. Our research will answer the following questions to guide the development of this rating system. Prepare and distribute educational programs for community pharmacists related to Medicare Star Ratings, quality improvement and new payment models that will be coupled with quality metrics e.g., Pay-for-Performance P4P.
