Objectives
The primary objective of this study is to determine patient perceptions of their community pharmacist and pharmacy services, specifically in regard to patients understanding of TOC services. Secondary objectives include Identifying areas for improvement with TOC from the ED, and exploring opportunities for partnerships between the ED and community pharmacies.
