CPF FUNDED GRANT DETAILS

The Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) is proposing to conduct proof-of-concept pilots to use high priority measure concepts in value-based payment (VBP) arrangements between payers and pharmacies, where data exchange and reporting may be supported by technology vendors. Objectives include: 1. Piloting 4 measure concepts in payer-pharmacy value-based payment arrangements 2. Evaluating burden of data collection, reporting, and measure calculation 3. Assessing value to stakeholders, including improvement in measure rates (remeasurement vs. baseline) 4. Refining draft measure specifications, as needed, to support standardized and accurate implementation 5. Disseminating findings to support scale, spread and sustainability of innovative pharmacy services supported by value-based payment models
