Over the next academic year, the ACT Pharmacy Collaborative is planning to further establish itself as a highly relevant, nimble group that continues to unite colleges and schools of pharmacy and community pharmacy practice leaders nationwide, mobilize stakeholders and resources to support and facilitate implementation of community-based pharmacy care, and amplify the development and implementation of sustainable community-based pharmacy care delivery. The Community Pharmacy Foundation?s support has been integral to the ACT Pharmacy Collaborative?s ability to have achieved the current level of success and will assist the Collaborative in broadening its impact by supporting the next phase of the Community Pharmacy Centers of Excellence program. This includes convening the 17 colleges and schools of pharmacy recognized as the Inaugural ACT Centers of Excellence over the next year and analyzing Cohort 1 applications of this program to determine and share best practices.
