What's new & notable with CPF Grantees and Grants
The CPF Board is preparing for their January 2016 Annual Meeting where they allocate time for strategic planning and prioritization. Often, an external guest is invited to share insights on healthcare and future developments related to pharmacy. This year the Board will not have an external speaker, and rather, will 'roll up their sleeves' and thoroughly review the findings from the recently released 'CPF 10 Year Analysis' report. The Board will reflect on the grants and projects that have been funded over the past 10 years to help guide priorities for 2016 and beyond. Stay tuned for the 1st Quarterly Grant Actions Newsletter of 2016 for more information and highlights of their discussions.

If you are delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services in any ambulatory/community setting, please respond to a new survey. It is designed to gauge and then share the current state of services, and to educate, inform and advance all levels of practice by highlighting effective disease state MTM and patient-centric CMM practices. Exemplary practices that participate may be selected for more in-depth review to further share their experiences, and will be compensated for their efforts. Take the survey between January 5 - 25, 2016. Read more about this grant-funded research here.
