CPF is busy preparing for the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) Annual Meeting in National Harbor, Maryland. Phil Burgess - President; Randy Myers - Director; and Anne Marie (Sesti) Kondic - Executive Director will be in attendance at Exhibit Booths 306, 308 on July 12 &13th as well as the early morning table top session on Monday, July 13th. We are also looking forward to a brief engagement with the Council of Deans, as over 80% of CPF grants involve collaboration with Colleges/Schools of Pharmacy.

Karl Hess - via a recent LinkedIn update, Karl is now the Editor in Chief of the California Pharmacist Journal. He is also an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Administration at Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU), College of Pharmacy in Pomona, CA and the Director of Community Practice Experiences and the PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program Director for the College. Marv Shepherd - Dr. Shepherd has officially retired from The University of Texas at Austin after serving as a researcher and teacher of the Center for Pharmacoeconomic Studies, College of Pharmacy, The University of Texas at Austin for 33 years! He remains the President of the Partnership for Safe Medicines, an organization dedicated to combating counterfeit prescription drugs and substandard drugs world wide. [CPF Grants Info]
